[Case Study] Condition Monitoring Maintenance for Equipment Management

A case of switching from a temporary monitoring distributed structure to a persistent state monitoring concept using central control equipment.

We would like to introduce the case of Engie Cofely, which implemented our online status monitoring system. The company decided to shift from a strategy of temporary maintenance to a permanent maintenance strategy in order to make processes more efficient, reduce costs, and avoid unexpected downtime. Thus, they implemented our system. After applying it to their own equipment in a pilot project, they extended this solution to five customers of various sizes. These customers are also very satisfied with the solution. [Benefits for Customers] ■ Cost savings of several million annually through predictive maintenance ■ Avoidance of unexpected system downtime ■ Access to archived data ■ Reduction of staff workload *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
